Pink Ombre Ruffles Swiss Buttercream Cake

I personally know the lovely mum who placed this order. The cake was intended to her aunt.

I am always amazed by this wonderful mum, it seems like she has 48 hours in her day! Her day is always so fulfilling.

As she told me her aunt likes pink color, so I bake an 8" chocolate cake, sandwiched with a layer of pink sponge cake. As a surprise to her aunt.

The cake was creamed with my favorite Swiss Meringue buttercream, then decorated with 3 shades of pink buttetcream.

I made an edible sugar number that set hard for future storage.

A 2 tiers chocolate cake iced with my favorite Swiss buttercream, finished with fondant accents/ edible sugar arts.

Inspired by the doting sister, I changed the top tier design which I think will comprehend the concept:-

'Jessie is 21 years old, indulged in the blossom of love and blossom into the real with courage and confidence.'

 The primary element of the cake.

A hand mold Hello Kitty/ edible sugar art.

When the sweet lady inquired for an Elmo cake, naturally I thought it was for a boy.

But it was intended for a 25th years old celebration. The 'big boy' loves Elmo and cheesecake.

How ❤️SWWWWEEEEEETTT❤️ of his friends to plan an Elmo cake for him!

I proposed a baked cheesecake, though not sure about what is baked cheesecake, the lady and friends adventurously accepted.

Through our conversation, I really admire the YOUTH energy.

25 years old, pride and passionate; stretching the widest wingspan, anchoring towards dream.

Though age is in the mind, I do wish I am 25 years old forever!
