Mama Kylie wanted to have a creamed base 10" surprise-inside cake:-
A tricolor cake with 3 layers of white, purple and turqoise.

I baked a tricolor Angel Cake (for the angel), and creamed it with Swiss buttercream.

Frozen is in the heat! My 7 years old's favorite characters ever!

As I have bought them Elza dresses on Mei Mei's birthday before, I thought it will be a complete collection to get Anna dresses for the girls on Jie Jie's birthday.

Though my 7 years old had requested a Kit Kat strawberry cake, she had insisted that NO fondant cake on her birthday despite my protest...
(Yeeaaa... My 7 years old always surprise me)

Well, mommy just wanted to take a risk, and I am happy that it ended to be a pleasant surprise for my princess! ❤️❤️❤️
